By creating an account or using Forjling, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use Forjling.

The service

Forjling lets you generate logos and icons. Generated assets are yours to use commercially. You are responsible for reviewing assets before use, including trademark and brand clearance — AI output can unintentionally resemble existing marks.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Forjling to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Credits & payment

Credit balances are prepaid usage credits and don’t expire. Failed generation jobs are designed to refund credits automatically. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable.

Showcase & marketing

Projects are private by default. We may feature generated assets in showcases and marketing unless you opt out — you can do this during account creation or at any time in your account settings.

Disclaimer & liability

Forjling is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Forjling and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above when we do.
